Jack and Kitty are Emmy Award winning vaudevillian songsters – playing jug band folk music. We love performing old blues, ragtime and jazz from the 1920 and 1930s. Kitty’s uncle is reggae legend Bunny Wailer (of Bob Marley and the Wailers fame) and Jack’s babysitter was oddball ukulele weirdo Tiny Tim (“Tip Toe Through The Tulips”). Our music is a lot like if Bunny and Tiny had a duo: fun, strange and entertaining! One reviewer called us “Leon Redbone meets Alicia Keys or Tom Waits meets Beyoncé.” Our original music can be heard in the 2017 Oscar-buzzed film “The Florida Project” (directed by Sean Baker) which stars Willem Dafoe.
